  “Foremost quality, technological root, and topmost service” has been the persistent service concept of TECO, in line with the belief that good product and service is essential for customer satisfaction. TECO has service outposts around world, including, on top of Taiwan, Asia, Europe, America, Australia/New Zealand, and Africa, giving customers everywhere timely quality service.
TECO adheres to the service principle of 5S:

Safety Offering service in a steady and sincere manager to give customers a sense of safety and trust.

  The company entrusts its affiliate Appliance Service Provider in providing after-sales service for home appliances and air conditioners, while service for motors and electric-control products is in the charge of the company’s service units. Adequate management mechanism is in place for protecting customer data and upholding customer privacy. In 2013, there was no breach of customer privacy and information leakage for the company.

  To assure service quality, TECO conducts spot phone survey of consumers and have dealers interview customers, so as to have firm grip of service quality. Complaints of product malfunctions are analyzed, with the results being passed to units in charge for putting forth rectification and preventive measures. At monthly meeting on market and quality, staffers in charge discuss, review, and track service issues. TECO is dedicated to assuring customer satisfaction via outstanding service and product quality.
