In line with the belief that interest parties, opinions can spur continuing improvement of the company, TECO pinpoint issues of concern to stakeholders according to the stricture procedure listed above before incorporating the issues, classified as conspicuous and secondary ones, into the daily works and annual plans of various units.
The company keeps various channels for continuous communications with stakeholders and solicit the latter's opinions as reference in formulating related plans. As part of the effort, the company plans to pose questionnaires on the 2014 CSR webpage, to collect opinions of interested parties.
